Hello — I’m Karla White, known as SouthernBlendBoss. I’m a salon owner, stylist, and content creator who believes every experience teaches a lesson worth sharing. I blend hands-on beauty expertise with a talent for clear, persuasive content. I love educating hairstylists on what it takes to be successful behind the chair.

For content creation, I combine research-driven storytelling and SEO best practices to boost visibility and engagement. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused, I help brands and individuals look and sound their best, and I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others grow.

I launched my professional hair career in 2006 after graduating from Kuene Academy in Lawrenceville, GA. I honed my craft in top metro-Atlanta salons before establishing myself in Athens, GA. With more than 18 years of advanced education and hands-on experience, I deliver modern, high-quality color and cutting services built on the latest techniques and industry standards.

Salon ownership and education: In September 2024, my husband and I opened Haven and Mane, where I serve as co-owner and lead educator. I train and mentor emerging stylists in advanced color, cutting, and extension techniques, preparing them for successful careers and elevating salon standards. At Haven and Mane, we emphasize professional growth, client retention strategies, and consistent, brand-safe service delivery.
